jilee ("the Platform", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for personal information collected through jilee.co. For purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), jilee is a personal information controller (PIC) as defined under Section 3(h) of RA 10173.

2. Personal Data We Collect

jilee collects the following categories of personal data depending on how you interact with the Platform:

jilee does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under Section 3(l) of RA 10173 (such as health information, political opinions, or religious beliefs) except where explicitly required by law or voluntarily provided in a support context.

jilee collects personal data through the following channels:

• Direct provision by you: Registration form, KYC document upload, payment method submission, support communications, and voluntary profile updates;
• Automatic collection: Server logs, session tracking, cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5);
• Third-party providers: Payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph) who transmit transaction confirmation data; identity verification service providers used in KYC processing;
• Publicly available sources: Where permitted by law, jilee may verify identity data against publicly available Philippine government databases.

5.1 What jilee Uses

jilee uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session tokens) to operate the Platform. These fall into the following categories:

• Strictly Necessary: Session authentication tokens required to maintain your jilee login session. Cannot be disabled without breaking platform functionality.
• Functional: Preference storage (language settings, game lobby layout, last-visited category). Disabled without significant impact, but may affect personalisation.
• Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised data on page performance and feature usage. Used to improve jilee — no individual profiling.

5.2 Cookie Control

Non-essential cookies can be managed via your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from maintaining an authenticated jilee login session. jilee does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

jilee does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT network operators receive the minimum data necessary to process transactions in your name;
• KYC service providers: Identity verification platforms that assist jilee in processing government ID documents. These providers operate under data processing agreements consistent with RA 10173;
• Regulatory authorities: The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required by law;
• Professional advisors: Legal counsel, auditors, and accountants, subject to professional confidentiality obligations;
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all jilee assets, personal data may be transferred subject to equivalent privacy protections and player notification.

All third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of jilee are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to handle your information in accordance with RA 10173 and jilee's security standards.

7. International Data Transfers

Where jilee engages service providers located outside the Philippines, personal data transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers. jilee ensures that recipients in third countries provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law before any transfer takes place.

8. Data Retention

jilee retains personal data for the minimum period necessary consistent with the purposes described in this Policy and applicable Philippine law:

• Account and identity data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following Account closure, as required by AML regulations under RA 9160;
• Transaction records: Retained for 5 years per financial record-keeping requirements;
• Gaming session logs: Retained for 2 years from the date of the session;
• Support communications: Retained for 2 years from the date of last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of consent plus 1 year for audit purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with jilee's data disposal procedures.

9. Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jilee:

• Right to be Informed: The right to be told how your personal data is collected and used — fulfilled by this Privacy Policy;
• Right of Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data jilee holds about you;
• Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may update most Account information directly via your jilee profile after login;
• Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten: The right to request deletion of personal data where retention is no longer legally required. Note that data subject to AML retention obligations cannot be erased during the mandatory retention period;
• Right to Object: The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to opt out of direct marketing communications;
• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format;
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe jilee has breached its obligations under RA 10173.

10. Children and Minors

jilee is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. jilee does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. Age is verified during mandatory KYC as part of the account registration process. If jilee becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended and the associated data will be securely deleted to the extent permitted by law.

Parents and guardians who believe a minor has registered a jilee Account should contact [email protected] immediately.

11. Security Measures

jilee implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit between your device and jilee servers;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments;
• Two-factor authentication available to all jilee players for Account access;
• Automated anomaly detection and login monitoring systems;
• Staff training on data protection obligations under RA 10173.

While jilee takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no internet transmission is completely secure. Players are reminded to use strong, unique passwords for their jilee Account and to enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication.

12. Third-Party Links

jilee.co does not contain links to third-party websites. If jilee's services are ever accessed through third-party platforms (such as app stores or affiliate marketing pages), jilee is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party platforms. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data processed by jilee through jilee.co and associated services.

13. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

jilee reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of jilee after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
