Each individual may hold only one jilee Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited. jilee uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your Account information updated. Providing false information, including false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
Full Account access, including the ability to make withdrawals, requires successful completion of KYC verification. jilee requires a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) and a matching selfie photograph. jilee reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jilee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to notify jilee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jilee may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
All actions taken through your jilee Account are deemed to be actions taken by you, unless jilee determines otherwise through investigation.
All jilee transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied on the jilee platform.
jilee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. jilee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jilee may amend minimum transaction amounts and will post updated limits on the platform.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the Player's verified name. jilee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. jilee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
If jilee determines that a Player has deposited funds without engaging in genuine gameplay, jilee reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal and conduct an account review. This provision exists to prevent the use of jilee for financial transactions unrelated to gaming.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jilee are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. In the absence of stated specific terms, a default wagering requirement of 35× the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.
jilee employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements, and systematic bonus exploitation. Where jilee determines that bonus abuse has occurred, jilee reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
jilee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. jilee's decisions regarding promotion eligibility are final.
All games available on jilee are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by its applicable rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for that game.
jilee's Random Number Generators (RNG) used in electronic games are independently certified. Live dealer games use certified shuffling procedures and physical equipment captured on camera. Game history is accessible for review by Players for their own sessions.
In the event of a system or software error resulting in an incorrect game outcome or payment, jilee reserves the right to void the affected game round. Winnings arising from technical errors that are clearly disproportionate to the bet placed are not valid and will not be paid out.

jilee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jilee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. jilee is not liable for losses attributable to such interruptions.
jilee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jilee reasonably suspects or determines a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML/KYC non-compliance, or any conduct harmful to the platform or its users.
Upon permanent Account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited. Real Money Funds in the Wallet will be returned to the Player following satisfactory AML and KYC review, unless forfeiture is required by law or regulation.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their jilee Account may contact support at [email protected]. Remaining Real Money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following processing.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of jilee services, shall first be submitted to jilee's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved at the support level within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation, and failing mediation, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
